The Full Story

Hello, I’m James - A Clinical Hypnotherapist, Crystal Healer and Reiki Practitioner, based in the quiet North Yorkshire town of Guisborough.

My journey into hypnotherapy, and holistic treatments, began when my grandfather passed away.  At the time, I was battling a mountain of grief, and depression, and I needed help and guidance.

My search, with support from the universe, led me to experience an RTT hypnotherapy treatment which proved nothing short of life changing. From here, I went on to study RTT with the outstanding Marissa Peer and then clinical hypnotherapy with the esteemed Axiom Academy, where I discovered the profound power of the mind.

Mental, and physical, wellbeing are at the forefront of everything I do and I am proud, passionate and privileged to be able to help each client who reaches out to me. It is my firm belief that we are all destined, and deserving, to live phenomenal lives, but many of us are simply surviving day to day, instead of thriving.

Here at White Dove Therapies, I am committed to helping each of my clients make long lasting positive changes. I offer a safe, peaceful space where my clients can truly relax- free from judgement.

Together, we work through any obstacles which are causing emotional, physical or spiritual discomfort and replace these with positive, empowering beliefs enabling freedom and healing.
